Lodha Trump Tower, Worli. This is the Trump-branded tower at Lodha Park, on Pandurang Budhkar Marg in the Worli and Lower Parel area. Lodha Group built it, with the Trump name licensed through Tribeca Developers. It is one of the tallest residential towers in India, at 76 to 78 floors depending on the source, and it is ready to move.
Homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK Luxe residences, and the developer also offers bareshell plans. The address is Mumbai's first private residential park, with views of the Arabian Sea, the Racecourse and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.

Tribeca Developers, led by Kalpesh Mehta, holds the licence for the Trump name in India. For the Parel project, Tribeca is working with Tejukaya Group, an old Mumbai group that owns the land, with a reported investment from HDFC Capital.
