Smartworld Developers handles development, construction and customer service. It is a Gurugram-based developer with large projects along the Dwarka Expressway and the Southern Peripheral Road.
Tribeca Developers, led by Kalpesh Mehta, holds the Trump licence in India and handles design, marketing, sales and quality control for the project. It also worked on the first Trump Towers in Gurugram.
