Trump Towers Delhi NCR is a luxury residential project in Sector 65, Gurugram, on Golf Course Extension Road. M3M India built it, with Tribeca Developers holding the Trump licence. It was the first Trump-branded residential project in Gurugram, launched in 2018.
The plan has two towers of over 600 feet, with an all-glass front in signature Trump style. The homes are 3 BHK, 4 BHK and double-height 4 BHK layouts, and about one third of them have living rooms of 22 feet or more in height. Each home opens from a private elevator.

At launch in 2018, prices started from ₹5.56 crore for a 3 BHK. The homes are now in the resale market, where listing sites show a wide spread: about ₹11 crore to ₹15 crore on one site, and ₹17.6 crore to ₹30 crore on another. The gap depends on size, floor, view and whether the home is furnished.

Ask the owner or the sales team for the approved unit plan, and compare it with the home you see. Double-height homes have very different plans from standard floors.

The project is a phase of a larger group housing colony in Sector 65. The Tribeca listing shows the project land as about 2.83 acres within a colony of about 56 acres. Two towers share a podium and the Trump Club.
