Trump 3 BHK homes are the smallest in the range and the easiest way into a branded tower. See sizes, prices and RERA numbers by stage.
Most Trump launches are built around 4 BHK and larger homes, so 3 BHK options are few. Three developments offer them: Kolkata, Gurugram’s Trump Residences and the 3.5 BHK homes in Hyderabad.
The sizes differ widely. Kolkata’s 3 BHK is about 1,644 sq ft, while the Gurugram 3 BHKs start at 3,091 sq ft, close to what other builders sell as a 4 BHK. Always compare the area, not just the BHK count.

Hyderabad has a 3.5 BHK entry home and Gurugram a large 3 BHK. Gurugram sold out at launch, so open offers there are resales.

Under ConstructionEM BypassOne 38-storey tower with 137 homes, a rooftop dining space and an infinity pool. The developer says the build is nearly done and a completion certificate is still awaited.
